On 4 January 2025, Guokong Electric held a year-end wrap-up conference on 2024. The meeting analysed the current economic situation and summarized the work done in 2024, identifying issues and schematics, with a view to harmonizing the thinking of the entire workforce, stimulating enthusiasm for work, mobilizing companies to work with a greater sense of commitment and pragmatism, and making every effort to do so in 2025 in order to lay a solid foundation for achieving long-term corporate development goals.

Each sector provided a statistical report on its work in 2024, providing a visual picture of its operations for the current year in the form of data integration, a work plan for 2025 and a methodology for its implementation.

Summary

The general manager of the company, Zhang Xiaofeng, made a concluding statement, in which he commended all the staff for their achievements in 2024 and expressed his sincere gratitude for their hard work. At the same time, the importance and urgency of the work to be done in 2025 have been stressed, and all staff have been called upon to increase their intellectual awareness, to move forward in a unified manner, to maintain their enthusiasm for learning and to devote themselves fully to their work in 2025 with greater confidence and commitment. She also encouraged people to be responsible and innovative and to contribute to corporate development with practical action.

Looking back at 2024, we are proud; looking at 2025, we are 100 times confident. This year-end wrap-up session is both a comprehensive summary of the past year and, above all, a mobilization and deployment of the work of the new year. It makes us more aware of the state of corporate development and of our own responsibility, and it gives us the strength of the team and the warmth of the company.

Dreams are far away and pursuits are possible, and may the will be fulfilled. In the new year, we will work with greater enthusiasm, more professional skills and more rigour to contribute to corporate development. Let's all look forward to 2025, believing that with the combined efforts of all our staff, we will be able to write a bigger chapter!
