Yesterday, journalists were informed by the Regional Science and Technology Bureau that Jiangsu Province's list of “Most-growing high-tech enterprises in 2021” was officially released and that Jiangsu Guokong Electric Power Equipment Co., Ltd.

It is known that the “Most-growing high-tech enterprises” competition in Jiangsu province was launched in 2017, led by the Jiangsu Provincial Productivity Promotion Centre and organized by the Jiangsu Provincial Union of Science, Technology and Innovation Services in collaboration with a number of financial institutions, each year selects innovative and high-growth high-tech enterprises for preferential policies in the areas of science, technology and financial credit.

The evaluation of Jiangsu Guokong Electric Power Equipment Co., Ltd., a company that specializes in the production of box transformers, high-pressure switches, power tanks, metering tanks, industrial automation control equipment, has evolved over the years, resulting in cost and technology advantages for State-controlled electricity products, and has successfully participated in the construction of projects such as the Shenzhen Salt Field Power Plant, the Hengdong Airport Extension and the Luxen Port Terminal, among other high-quality customers at excellent performance, stable quality and reasonable prices. In recent years, as the new energy industry has flourished, state-controlled electricity has increased its innovation in the development of equipment such as photovoltaics, wind reserves and solar energy reserves, with research and development teams in Shanghai and Suzhou in addition to setting up technical research and development departments at sea gates. In 2019, state-controlled electricity was recognized as a “national high-technology enterprise” and in 2020 as a “private technology enterprise” in Jiangsu Province, a “high-growth technology enterprise” in Nantung City.

In the next phase, the Regional Science and Technology Bureau will work to improve the effectiveness of innovation capabilities, build innovation complexes of high standards and quality, further optimize the system of innovation services, improve service effectiveness and increase the number of science- and technology-based enterprises participating in the “Most Growing High-tech Enterprises” formula in Jiangsu province.
