In an effort to deepen party leadership and promote the sharing of experiences and complementarity of strengths among grass-roots party organizations, on the afternoon of 19 July 2025, nine members of the Hosheng Bing Secretary of the Tsai District Mobile Party were sent to the Guokong Electric Party branch to exchange experiences. The two sides engaged in in-depth discussions on the topics of party-building innovation, business integration, and education of party members, and shared a new approach to quality development.

I. Interlocution and conspiracies to build new ideas

On the occasion of the symposium, Secretary Hu Zhengbin of the Suzhou North Bridge branch, a member of the party who visited the party, described the basics of his visit, the type of business he performed, and the results of the branding work of the mobile branch, and the Secretary of the Guokong Electric branch, Zhang Xiaofeng, shared the construction of the “State-controlled” brand, the results of honours, technical advances, and industry poles.

Zhang Feng Liang, full-time deputy secretary of the mobile party branch of Zhang Tai Tai, has conducted a thematic party day education course on the theme of in-depth follow-up to the implementation of the eight central provisions on spiritual learning, in the light of the central, provincial and district council decision-making and current priorities.

He was a former soldier of the army and a young communist, and was trained by the army to be a good character by hammering and baptizing, which led to learning the theory that the issue of style was essentially a party issue.

The meeting concluded with a concluding statement by Secretary Zhang Xiaofeng, Secretary of the Guokong Electric Party: Thank you to all the fellow members of the Observatory who have come from afar. In response to today's exchange, the Guokong Electric Department will promote the following.

1. Establish a regular liaison mechanism to share information on party-building activities.

2. Plan joint action plans to promote two-way learning.

In the third and third quarters, a party-building + electricity security campaign was held to promote the theme party day.

II. Visiting enterprise positions and feeling the red atmosphere

Under the leadership of Secretary Zhang Xiaobing, Secretary of the Guokong Electric Party, members of the Tunnel District Mobile Party visited the company's cultural gallery and the company's Honor Fair, where they learned about the two-pronged feature model of State control's “party building plus business” and expressed their deep appreciation for the practical results of State control's “red engine”-driven enterprise development.

This exchange not only enhanced friendship between the sisterly branches, but also gave new impetus to the building of the two parties. In the next step, the State-controlled power branch will use co-building as an opportunity to build a vehicle for continuous innovation, to lead high-quality enterprise development and to contribute red power to the economic and social development of the region!
