On the afternoon of 21 February 2025, Wang Qiang, Vice-Chancellor, Standing Committee of the Sioux State Industrial College, U Tao, Director of the Electrical College, and Vice-Chancellor Hu Song, Vice-Chancellor of Science, came to Jiangsu Guokong Electric Power Equipment Co., Ltd. to communicate with the university on matters related to cooperation and scientific research, with the participation of a new member of the fourth class of researcher in the former development area, Zhang Feng, and a fourth class chief of staff in the Haimen Development Region.

During this period, visits were made to companies to produce first-line waterworks, to understand the need for technological innovation in the current Guokong Electric, and to explore with Zhou Chun-hoon, the company ' s technology master, the direction of electrical machinery with regard to high-pressure distribution and the main line.

In 2025, the company focused its efforts on the promotion of the Institute of Productive Studies in search of professional counterparts, and the Chairman of the Board of Directors, Zhang Xiaofeng, was deeply consulted by the Director of Electrical Sciences of the Suzhou Institute of Technology, and the Vice-President of the Suzhou Institute of Industrial Sciences on proposals for the introduction and conversion of the technical skills of the Guokong Electric company in the schools. This meeting brought the distance between my company and the specialized university and laid a good foundation for the subsequent intellectual transformation of the company.
