VEB-12 indoor high-voltage vacuum circuit breaker

The VEB-12 indoor high-voltage vacuum circuit breaker is rated at 24kV for three-phase AC 50Hz systems. It is used for control and protection in power transmission and distribution systems at power plants, substations and industrial or mining facilities. It is particularly suitable for switching important loads and for frequent operation in high-altitude areas.

The VEB-12 indoor high-voltage vacuum circuit breaker is manufactured to GB1984-2003 "AC high-voltage circuit breakers", DLT403-2000 "Technical requirements for ordering 3.6-40.5kV indoor vacuum circuit breakers", and relevant IEC standards, and includes interlocking functionality.

The VEB-12 indoor high-voltage vacuum circuit breaker uses a stored-energy spring mechanism. The spring can be charged by an AC or DC supply or manually.

The VEB-12 indoor high-voltage vacuum circuit breaker can also use a long-life permanent-magnet operating mechanism, with a mechanical endurance of 60,000 operations, for very frequent switching duties.

The VEB-12 indoor high-voltage vacuum circuit breaker has separate front and rear assemblies. It can be installed as a fixed unit or combined with a chassis truck as a withdrawable middle-mounted unit.

3 Relative humidity: average daily is not greater than 95 per cent and average monthly is not greater than 90 per cent.
