XQJ cable tray series

The XQJ cable bridge series applies to electrical cables with a voltage of less than 10 kV, as well as to the containment of indoor, outdoor and empty cable trenches, and the installation of terminals.

This product applies mainly to the use of chemical, metallurgical, mechanical, cultural, stadium, exhibition halls, archives, museums, public places such as airports, stations and the sharing of electricity and fire-fighting systems such as high-rise buildings. In normal (non-fire) conditions, electricity can be reduced; in case of fire, the normal electricity system can be cut off, and fire power can be provided at rated currents ... so normality can be achieved, and both fire and electricity can be used at reduced cost.

The XQJ-series cable bridge is full of variety, application, intensity, low cost, simple construction, flexible installation standards for line distribution, physical appearance, and facilitates technical improvements, cabling expansion and maintenance repairs.

The installation of the XQJ series cable bridge is adapted to local conditions. Where possible, symmetry should be used on both sides of the work-line pillars when they are fitted with an open and large multi-storey stand-up or stand-up.

XQJ series cable bridge frames can be horizontally and vertically mounted; cornerable, t-shaped, cross-shaped branches; wide and high.

1. Cable-tray layers are arranged from top to bottom as follows: low-current control cables, general control cables, low-voltage power cables and high-voltage power cables (see Table 1). This arrangement helps reduce interference, cool power cables and simplify installation.

Control cables: spacing ≥200mm

Power cables: spacing ≥200mm

Mechanized cable installation: spacing ≥400mm
