This product complies with GB3906 "3-35kV AC metal-enclosed switchgear"; GB/T11022 "Common technical requirements for high-voltage switchgear and controlgear standards"; IEC298 "AC metal-enclosed switchgear and controlgear for rated voltages above 1kV and up to and including 50kV"; and DL/T404 "Technical requirements for ordering indoor AC high-voltage switchgear".
Model designation

Instructions (specify when ordering)
1. Main circuit programme numbering, use, single-line system charting, organization charting and flat layout of the distribution room, etc.
2. Accompanying circuit wiring, endline organization.
3. The type, specification, quantity of electrical components within the switch equipment.
4. Requirements for the control, measurement and protection of switches and other locking and automatic devices.
5. If a busbar bridge connection is required between switchgear units or for an incoming panel, specify the busbar bridge's rated current-carrying capacity, span, height above ground and any other specific requirements.
6. Where annexes and spare parts are required, categories and quantities should be presented.
7. Switching equipment is used under special environmental conditions and shall be specified at the time of ordering.
Under normal conditions of use
Ambient air temperature: -15°C to +40°C.
Altitude: no more than 2500m.
Humidity condition:
Daily average relative humidity ≤95%; daily average water-vapor pressure ≤2.2kPa.
Monthly average relative humidity ≤90%; monthly average water-vapor pressure ≤1.8kPa.
Seismic intensity: not exceeding 8 degrees;
There are no clearly contaminated sites such as corrosive or flammable gases.
Note: Users may consult with the company if the normal conditions of use mentioned above are exceeded.
Structure
The switchgear comprises the cabinet, main switch (SF6 load-break switch or switch-fuse combination), earthing switch, instrument compartment, busbars and other electrical and auxiliary components.
The enclosure is assembled from aluminum-zinc-coated steel sheets formed to a modular design. A pressure-relief duct at the rear of the enclosure protects operating personnel in the event of an internal fault.
The busbars in the busbar compartment are covered with insulation and connected directly to the terminals of the load-break switch. The three-phase busbars are arranged longitudinally, allowing the switchgear to be extended to either the left or the right and making its layout easy to change.
The instrument compartment is located in the upper part of the switchgear and can accommodate ammeters, voltmeters, indicator lights, motor-operated mechanisms and other equipment.
