Product description

MNS is a modular, multifunctional low-voltage distribution cabinet for power distribution and motor control in low-voltage systems requiring high reliability, including metallurgy, petroleum, chemical processing, industrial and mining facilities, and infrastructure.

MNS uses a highly flexible cabinet structure.

The cabinet accommodates components of various models and ratings to suit customer requirements and different applications.

Different types of feeder units can be installed in the same cabinet lineup or in a single cabinet to suit the connected equipment. For example, feeder circuits and motor control circuits can be combined in one cabinet.

MNS offers a complete range of low-voltage switchgear to meet diverse requirements, for low-voltage systems below 6300A.

MNS provides high reliability and safety. Its user-oriented design strengthens protection for personnel and equipment.

MNS has a fully assembled structure. Its distinctive structural profiles and connections, together with compatibility with different components, meet demanding installation schedules and power-supply continuity requirements.

MNS provides high reliability and safety. Its user-oriented design strengthens protection for personnel and equipment.

Applicable standards: IEC60349 and GB7251.12-2013.

① Minimum cabinet depth with a glass door: 725.

② Cabinets in the same lineup should have a uniform depth to facilitate horizontal-busbar installation.

If depths differ, a busbar transition cabinet with a width of 400 must be installed at each connection.

③ Cabinets with busbar-bridge or busway incoming/outgoing connections must have a depth ≥800.

Main features

1 Dedicated cable channels and corresponding cable fasteners facilitate equipment installation and on-site work.

2 Drawer positions are accurately located and clearly indicated. Each position can be secured with up to 3 padlocks.

3 Special structural profiles and connections ensure cabinet strength.

4 Drawer-unit contacts plug directly into the L-shaped vertical busbars, providing a simple and reliable connection.

5 A distinctive 3-section guide rail makes drawer movement more flexible and convenient. Internal components and wiring can be inspected, serviced or replaced without removing the drawer unit from the cabinet.
