Product description
Scope of application
GCS low-voltage withdrawable switchgear was developed by our company to meet the requirements of design organizations and electricity users. It is adapted to domestic conditions, offers high technical performance, meets the evolving needs of the power market and competes with imported products. It is widely used by electricity customers.
This switchgear serves distribution systems in power plants, petroleum, chemical processing, metallurgy, textiles and high-rise buildings. In highly automated facilities requiring computer interfaces, such as large power plants and petrochemical installations, it provides low-voltage power distribution, centralized motor control and reactive-power compensation for three-phase AC 50(60)Hz systems with rated operating voltages of 380V (400V), (660), and rated currents up to 6300A. The basic arrangement is shown in Figure 1.
This product complies with GB7251 "Low-voltage switchgear and controlgear assemblies", JB/T9661 "Low-voltage withdrawable switchgear" and IEC60349 "Low-voltage switchgear and controlgear assemblies".
Model and its meaning

Normal service conditions
1. Ambient air temperature: -15°C to +40°C. The daily average must not exceed +35°C. If it does, the equipment must be derated according to actual conditions.
2. Altitude: no more than 2500m.
3 Relative humidity: The maximum temperature is not more than 50% at +40 °C and allows for greater relative humidity at lower temperatures: e.g. 90% at +20 °C, taking into account the possible effects of condensation due to temperature changes.
4 The installation is tilted at not more than 5 degrees and the whole cabinet column is relatively flat (befitting the GBJ 232-82).
5. Switching equipment shall be installed in sites that are free from severe vibrations and shocks and are not sufficient to cause undue erosion of electrical components.
Note: Users may consult with their own company when they have special requirements.

3.4 Functional units
a. Drawer height is based on a 160mm module, with five sizes: 1/2 unit, 1 unit, 1.5 units, 2 units and 3 units. Unit circuits are rated up to 400A.
b. The change in the drawer only changes in height size, with the same width and depth. The drawers of the same work unit are well interchangeable.
c. Each MCC cabinet accommodates up to 11 one-unit drawers or 22 half-unit (1/2) drawers. Drawers larger than one unit use a multifunction backplate.
d. Plug-in to and from drawers using the same tablet structure with different sizes according to current size.
e. Transfer between the unit drawer and the cable room using a spin-down structure ZJ-2.
The transfer of units 1 and above drawers and cable rooms follows the same size of rods or piped ZJ-1 transpositions by current slotting.
g. The drawer panel shall be clearly marked with a fraction, integration, test, extraction, etc.
h. A mechanical chained spring is available in the drawer unit.
3.5 Feeder and motor-control cabinets have dedicated cable compartments. Adapters connect wiring between the functional-unit and cable compartments, improving connection reliability and simplifying installation and maintenance. Cable-compartment widths of 240mm and 440mm are available, depending on cable quantity, cross-section and access requirements.
3.6 Taking account of the common use and safety of dry-type transformers and the economy of oil-immersed transformers, the assembly can be grouped with a dry-type transformer or connected conveniently to the low-voltage busbars of an oil-immersed transformer.
3.7 The design is primarily drawer-based and supports both withdrawable and fixed segregated units, which can be selected and combined as needed.
3.8 The switchgear is designed for three-phase five-wire and three-phase four-wire systems, allowing designers and users to choose PE+N or PEN arrangements.
3.9 Cabinet protection ratings are IP30 and IP40; special versions can be manufactured to user requirements.
4 Description of the operator of the drawer
The CJ-5 drawer propulsion agency (hereinafter referred to as the institution) uses a spiral track motion along the locator to achieve the propulsion and extraction of functional units and, in the course of the functional unit propulsion and extraction, the three-position display and mechanical lock wells with micro-engineer test positions can be electrically locked to avoid human or equipment accidents and meet national and industry standards. This product is small, flexible and reliable.
