Product description
Our products serve power, chemical processing, shipbuilding, subways, civil aviation, automotive, construction, metallurgy, textiles and other industries. Delivering value to every customer, ensuring product quality and maximizing customer satisfaction guide our design and manufacturing. Improving power quality and reducing electricity costs remain our service principles.
Scope of application
No large capacity non-linear load in the system
Frequent load changes
Unbalanced three-phase loads requiring individual-phase compensation
Normal service conditions
Ambient temperature: -50°C to +40°C, with a 24-hour average not exceeding +36°C.
Altitude: no more than 2500m.
Relative humidity: not more than 50% at surrounding air temperature +40°C.
Higher relative humidity at lower temperatures (e.g. 90% at +20°C), taking into account that temperature changes allow for moderate condensation
The gradient with the vertical side at the time the device is installed shall not exceed 5°.
The equipment should be installed at sites free from severe vibration, shock and corrosion.
Note: If the above conditions cannot be met, the user may consult with the company if it has special requirements.
Rationale
The GGJ series of low-voltage dynamic powerless compensation units consists of the CVT-18 series of measuring and control devices, the MIT series dynamic compensation module, the main line system, protection systems, cabinets, etc. The control unit measures powerlessness and, based on pre-set parameters, initiates an automatic leap-by-step cut-off through the fast-flow-free no-flow cut-off mechanism of the HKT point, with the precise implementation of the three-phase and split-no-effect compensation.
1. Measuring height intelligence
The measurement and control unit uses DSP technology to measure frequency, voltage, current, active and reactive power, power factor, harmonic components and other parameters, and supports automatic switching in unequal steps.
Harmonisation, voltage, system oscillation alerts and protective features are achieved.
2. Economic security
Using the GGJ series of compensatory capacitors, built-in electrical resistance, advanced processes such as advanced technology, self-healing technology, pressure-sensitive circuit breaker technology, with long lifespans, high overload capacity, as much as possible to prevent the deepening of accidents, pollution, explosion and fire risk.
3. Quick delivery technology
The application of over-zero cutting techniques avoids surgeries during traditional contact cut-off, significantly prolongs the active life of the electrical capacity, particularly in the context of a rapidly changing load caused by non-functional voltage, reduces voltage swings, maintains a balanced voltage level, increases transmission capacity and reduces wear and tear.
4. Modularization
The introduction of modular production technology is highly integrated and facilitates system adaptation.
